Most business owners start out trying to market to everyone, then wonder why they get lukewarm results. It’s a much better use of your time, money and energy to market to the people who are the best fit for your business – these are your Super Customers (also known as ideal customers or ideal clients).

    Such a great masterclass Claire. I’ve done the ICA task many times and your right it does evolve. This was super helpful with your comments helping me to recognise the value I offer falls on deaf ears if I’m not talking to the right person .

    Problem I’m having is getting the accompanying worksheets … link either not visible to me on mobile or not working?
    I even signed up to your list – again! I already get two identical nail shots from you ! I don’t know how I’ve managed that but now there will be three!! ? Heeeelp!
