I was out clearing snow from the chicken barn last week and I got soaked to the skin 🥶 There was a huge net over their run that had partially come down from the snow load, so I had to go out there with my knife and cut down the snow-laden net. . I forgot my iphone was in my back pocket and every time I got covered in snow, my phone got more and more soaked.

When I finally went in the house to change and warm up, I plugged in my phone to charge and got the dreaded ‘liquid has been detected’ warning. So I spent the rest of the day drying out my phone.

Plugged it in later and it wouldn’t charge.

Oh the drama.

I was busy looking at how to get to Apple stores for repairs and having to drive 40 miles to Newcastle the next day and then my husband said ‘have you tried another charging lead?’

So I did. And it worked. The phone was fine, the lead was damaged by liquid after I’d plugged it in earlier.

The thing you think is the problem, isn’t always the problem.

It might not be that you’re bad at marketing. Or useless at writing. Or disorganised. Or whatever you’re telling yourself.

It might just be that you haven’t learned yet or your’e a bit scared. And that’s ok. When you know what the problem actually is, you can deal with it.
