I said ANGLES 📐 not ANGELS 👼..

In one of my recent classes I talked about marketing from all the angles because there are lots of reasons why people buy product or service.

Take flowers. Why do people buy flowers? Well, it depends.

To say congratulations? I love you? Well done? To say sorry? Commiserations? I miss you? To say thank you, or you’re amazing?

All of the above. It depends on the person and the occasion.

Why do people buy hand cream?

Because they have to wash their hands a lot in their job? Because they have an outdoor job? Or they are an avid gardener? Or they are on medication which dries out their skin? As a lovely gift for someone? Or they just like hand cream?

Do you see what I mean? When you start to understand all the reasons why different people might buy, you can start to talk to those people about those reasons in your marketing (and anticipate what to market and when).
