Stop with the Guilt

Stop With The Guilt
When Chloe was little I used to feel guilty for working when she was around.
Then I’d feel guilty that the house was a mess because I was trying to run my business around a little one and something had to give.
Then, when I was doing ‘mum’ stuff I’d feel guilty for not working on my business.
I couldn’t win!
But what a waste of time and energy!
Feeling guilty comes far too easily but it doesn’t help anyone or anything. It just stops us enjoying the moment and it eats away at our joy.
If you’re stuck on a guilt trip it’s time to get off.
You have better things to do with your time and energy and you have nothing to feel guilty about.
You’re doing your best under the circumstances and just so you know, you’re awesome.
Love, Claire xx
